Mind and deeper support
When effort is not the issue, the support can go deeper.
Confidence, focus, standards, performance pressure, deeper patterns, RTT and calm conversational hypnosis all live here, where they strengthen the reset instead of competing with it as separate public offers.
Where this shows up
Four ways the deeper work supports the reset.
Standards
01Confidence and standards
Rebuild self-trust, personal standards and the internal steadiness needed to follow through.
Pressure
02Focus under pressure
Support performance nerves, drift, overwhelm and the moments where pressure starts to scramble clarity.
Awareness
03Deeper pattern awareness
Look at the loops underneath stalled effort so the work is not just more willpower layered on top.
Support
04Calm therapeutic support
Use bounded RTT and conversational hypnosis where it genuinely helps the wider reset process move.
Straight answers
What RTT and conversational hypnosis actually mean here.
What RTT is
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a focused, single-issue technique combining elements of hypnotherapy and guided reflection, aimed at surfacing the belief or pattern sitting underneath a stuck habit, used here as one tool inside the wider reset, not a replacement for it.
What conversational hypnosis is
A calm, fully conscious conversation style that uses focused language and relaxation to help settle an overactive stress response. Nothing theatrical, and you remain aware and in control throughout.
Where it fits in Re-Energise
Deeper support is built into the 1:1 and Group routes as part of the vision & direction session, not sold as a separate standalone therapy service. It is brought in specifically where surface-level effort and habit-change alone are not enough.
Worth knowing
This work sits alongside coaching and habit-change support. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. If you are currently under the care of a doctor or therapist, or have a diagnosed mental health condition, mention it in your enquiry so John can advise honestly on fit before you book anything.
