What is Re-Energise?+

A coaching-led reset for energy, food rhythm, confidence and momentum, built around four pillars — Mind, Body, Nutrition and Purpose — delivered over a four-week structure. See the full four-week programme for the full breakdown.

Who is it for, and who isn't it for?+

It's for people who feel drained, off-rhythm or inconsistent and want a calmer, structured reset — not a generic meal plan, and not an intense, high-pressure accountability programme. If you're not ready to engage honestly with habits and what's underneath them, it's probably not the right fit yet.

What happens after I send a light enquiry?+

John reviews it personally and replies with the best-fit route. If it looks like a fit, he sends a separate, secure assessment link and talks you through the options before anything is booked.

Choosing a route

What's the actual difference between the three routes?+

1:1 Premium and Group Success both include the full coaching structure, RTT/ACH mindset work and nutrition support — the difference is private sessions versus a small shared cohort. Monthly Membership is ongoing support rather than a one-off four-week reset. Full side-by-side detail is on the pricing page.

Can I switch routes after I've started?+

Yes — message John directly and he'll guide you between routes based on how things are going.

Is founder pricing really time-limited?+

Yes. Founder pricing on the 1:1 Premium and Group Success routes is tied to the current cohort and ends 1 August 2026.

Safety and fit

Is the RTT / hypnosis work safe?+

It's a calm, fully conscious process, not a stage-hypnosis style technique, and it's used as one part of the wider coaching structure rather than a standalone therapy service. If you have a diagnosed mental health condition or are currently under medical or therapeutic care, mention it in your enquiry so John can advise honestly on fit first. Do I need to already be fit or active?+

No. The training and movement side of Re-Energise is built around consistency, not intensity — it meets you where you currently are.

What if a week doesn't go to plan?+

That's normal, especially in Week 3. The programme is built around honest check-ins rather than perfection, and John reviews your progress directly on the guided routes.

Payment and logistics

Is this delivered in person or online?+

Both. John is based at John McKean Academy in Paisley for in-person sessions, and 1:1 and Group coaching sessions can run remotely — ask at enquiry stage what works best for you.

Can I cancel my Monthly Membership?+

Yes, any time — it's billed monthly with no fixed contract.

What if I need a refund on a one-off purchase?+

Get in touch as early as possible if your circumstances change — John looks at this directly and case by case rather than through an automated process, so the fastest route is a direct message before you start.
